STOPGAP P141 is a high-performance acrylic primer with recycled uPVC powder designed for use on non-absorbent subfloors. It dries to a textured surface that improves adhesion of STOPGAP smoothing compounds to dense substrates such as ceramic tiles, power-floated concrete, and epoxy membranes.
