UK Mainland Only

  • UK Mainland Delivery: All orders are delivered across the UK mainland.
  • In-stock products: Delivered to you within 3 days
  • Non-stock / Pre-orders: Lead time approx. 4–5 weeks (minimum order quantities may apply).
  • Heavy / palletised items: Delivered kerbside – please ensure access for large vehicles.


Securely Delivered

Pallet Delivery

  • Pallets: We use Pallets to deliver your flooring products safe and secure in pallets
  • Securely Packed: Pallet delivery keeps every item stable and secure during transit. Goods are shrink-wrapped and transported as one unit, reducing the risk of damage—even on bumpy roads—so your flooring arrives in perfect condition


Flexible Options

Pay based on your delivery needs

  • Options: Whether you're ordering a single roll of rubber, turf or a full studio kit, our delivery supports standard, half, quarter, and oversized pallets
  • Flexibility: This flexibility ensures we only pay for what we need—and pass the savings on to you.



What can you return

Stocked Flooring Products

Stock products may only be returned if faulty, and only once inspected and approved by Gym Floor Store.


Customer responsibility:

Customers must arrange and cover the cost of returning products to our warehouse address.

Non Stocked Products

Pre-orders, made-to-order, and customised items are created exclusively for you. Because of this, a 25% cancellation fee applies if you decide to cancel after placing your order. We recommend contacting us quickly if you need any changes so we can support you as best as possible.


If your order includes Pre-Order items, we’ll let you know right away on product pages, checkout and keep you updated on production and delivery progress.


Accessories

Accessories & consumables (adhesives, screeds, cleaners, tapes, ramps etc. ) cannot be returned.

Faulty Goods

All products are carefully checked before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and details within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess your case, and if approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the goods for inspection.
